In this virtual zoom class, you’ll navigate the maze of gluten free flours and conquer your cravings! This class will teach you the science behind replicating recipes without gluten (or dairy, this class will also be vegan); while incorporating its and tricks to make your experience a success and even get your kids involved! We’ll be making sugar cookies, crispy yet fluffy focaccia bread, and a scrumptious cake, with ideas for spicing them up and transforming them into endless treats for your family.
