Intro to Plant-Based & Scandinavian
In a land where not much grows and variety only became averrable in the modern era, Swedes are known for using a lot of butter, cream, and meat. So why am I proposing not only cutting out all of these (by the way I already do that in my shop everyday) but also all oils and most refined sugar too?
Well this Swede had to start doing it a few years ago after a major health incident, and while it's still a work in progress, it's doable and can be inspirational for open-minded, adventurous cooks. This is an intermeditte course for those who some familiarity in the kitchen and the safety skills needed.
