Baking Blind
Means using all your other senses. Paying attention, using precision with scales and being hands on, intimate with every dough and everything you make! Carina makes flavors sing and knows just when a dough is ready to use by touching it. Lean the techniques she's built over time to make vegan and gluten free products that amaze! Plus, as someone who lives with chronic pain and intolerances, Carina cooks many constrained plant-based dinners at home that compliment the bold soups and artistic sandwiches she creates at the bakery to make for savory classes you'll enjoy just as much!
You can buy a ticket for a pre-scheduled class, or book a custom class for your company or group of friends. Classes do take a lot of planning and ingredients, so the cost may be higher than others out there. You'll go home with treats or extra batter to bake off, plus enjoy tidbits in the class along the way with lots of knowledge and recipes too! Each class varies on the amount of these depending on topic. Classes need to have 3 people to be viable.
