Are you craving some scrumptious crusty loaves without the gluten? Come bake with Carina as she teaches tried and true techniques that she has discovered about making crave worthy gluten-free and vegan bread!
April 17th: 5:30 pm - 8 pm
A session devoted to reading, cooking, and a bit of mystery. Read (or listen to) a great culinary mystery, then get together with fellow readers and foodies to talk over the story and make a vegan (and likely gluten free) recipe listed in or inspired by the book! First up: “Meet Your Baker” by Ellie Alexander.
Terms & Conditions: Class sizes are limited based on kitchen space as this is a hands-on and personalized class inside the bakery. Participants must be adults ages 18 and over and must mind health codes. All participants must have basic cooking skills and use hair restraints throughout the class, as Carina’s Bakery will not be held responsible for injuries. Upfront payment is required to secure a spot and enable proper purchase and preparation of ingredients. Carina reserves the right to cancel and refund any class that does not meet the minimum sign up requirement of 4 people. Registrants would get at a 3-day notice if this is the case.
