The craft of baking is more than what meets the eye. The owner, Carina, graduated from a top-notch pastry program at Johnson & Wales, where she honed her skills and developed her passion for baking. As a blind baker, Carina fought against the tide of her peers, who were defined by precision and artistry, and instead focused on the science of pastry and flavor.
Carina wants to share her experience and knowledge in hands-on classes that teach you how vegan and gluten-free baking works. She’ll explain how to explore new combinations and tweak recipes through taste and knowledge of what chemically works. Most importantly, she’ll teach you how to taste and feel your way to recipe success rather than relying on looks.

My classes are perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to make vegan and gluten-free goods, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker. The classes are $50 per person. Sign up as a group of 4-10 people. Leave a message about what time and day works best for the group and what you are most excited to learn.
