Featuring our best selling Scandinavian Almond Cake, a dense but moist not-quite-pound cake with caramelized outside and addictive almond flavor. GF. Also pictured here is our Pistachio Cake, Toscakakor (Swedish customers say this cures homesickness- it's a delicate sponge has a subtle vanilla almond flavor and is just sturdy enough to hold up the caramel-coated almond topping), and Kladdkakor (sticky fudge/pudding cake).
