Carina works with the exactness and precision of her pastry school courses, but uses her palate and hands to create her masterpieces, rather than the looks. Commitment to Community
We are here because of our supporting community lending us a hand when we need it, seeking out allergy0-friendy treats, celebrating ucltures and individuality. We give back by our treat it Froward program, seats on boards, and xhosting gatherings like our 4pm Saturday crochet group or chapter meetings of the National Federtaion Blind (1st Sundays).

Carina is presented with a plaque declaring National Federation of the Blind of Oregon day in Beaverton for Meet the Blind Month and increased awareness and acceptance.
Carina often hosts fundraisers for Guide Dogs for the Blind and others, helping move forward the rights and independence of blind people.

Carina has built a bakery where people belong, where boundaries fade- be it identity, physical obstacles, or dietary challenges. Everyone should be appreciated for who they are, and everyone deserves to take a moment to enjoy something sweet with people they enjoy being around. Carina plans to bring this idea, to more people through expansion in the futre as she build as legacy for perseverance and personalized leadership through the common language of food.
