If you've been one of our tasters or have been on Carina's journey since the businesses' start you know how much testing, tweaking, pivoting it takes to keep our cusomters happy and the business going! We're getting ready to make the push to all gluten free, but need to invest money in: 1) Steam cleaning / professional deep cleaning to get rid of wheat residue ($1000-2000) 2) Invest in a bread slicer that will properly but efficiently slice our gluten-free bread without squashing it ($500), 3) Finalize our holiday menu and whether we need to rent a separate kitchen for producing a few glutenous favorites or if we can go over the gluten free hump with our most loyal cusomters (cost unknown) Thank you!
